Great location near the main street and bus tour, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was spacious and clean, perfect for a group of people. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the communication for requesting an extra bed and sheets was unclear, and the email system did not work.

We had pleasant stay for a 7-day visit!!
Quite new facilities, everything we needed was there. The location was magnificent and best possible, we could drive to Parking in about 5 minutes.

Clean, spacious, good location, full kitchenette, newly renovated. Easy check-in and checkout with code box for keys. Close to main street and shopping district. Convenient proximity to bus stop for travel agents. Comfortable ground floor room for family of 4.

Had fine experience on vacation.
Satisfied with all amenities, soft comfy beds, for example available. The location was amazing and best possible. Staff was amicable, tried to answer all questions.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff and we greatly enjoyed the host. The room was brand-new with sofa bed, everything was neat. It had a perfect and excellent setting very close to the shopping street, Restaurants/Coffee Shops/Stores and the cathedral and the Harpa the old town.

thomsen residence suites really impressed us during our recent stay in reykjavik. the location was incredible and the beds were so comfortable. the apartment was clean, cosy, and had a great shower. we also appreciated the luggage room for our late flight. overall, a highly recommended property.
No entrance tickets included for blue lagoon.

It's a new apartment next to Reykjavik, Restaurants / Coffee Shops / Stores / Public Parking, restaurants, I stayed here with family. Separate bedroom, views of the mountains. Clean bathroom there.
I appreciated the apartment although some things didn't work.
